Then we translate that into action. Do we always do the right thing? Are our results always incredible? Do our clients always praise our guidance and work? Nope, nope and most of the time. But we’re always upfront and honest. Plus, you can always talk to someone who is able and empowered to make a decision and move in a heartbeat. That’s because your agency team is made up of veteran marketers who trust one another.
We have worked at large and small companies in the past. There are advantages to both. But we find that the biggest advantage to being a smaller agency is the ability to really connect our clients with our senior-level team members. In many agencies the only time that you talk strategy or work directly with the senior talent is when you first engage and during monthly or quarterly meetings. The rest of the time you get to work with capable, but junior, staffers. We don’t think that’s a good value for your marketing investment. Plus, it leads to high turnover of both the clients and the staffers, so it’s not a good value for our investment either. Our client engagements are often long-term relationships. And our staff has worked together for more than a decade at various companies.
